The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) for Management Trainees is aimed at developing tomorrow’s leaders, today and designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. The UFLP is an opportunity to gain practical insights and closely observe and learn how the business works and how leaders get things done.
You’ll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on real projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role.

Location: Unilever ESA, with an International rotation
Eligibility: Last year Undergraduates and graduates with less than one year of work experience
Degree required: All degrees (except for Research and Development and Engineering where we require a qualification in Business Science, Business Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
