She spark off the amazing talk by asking if the audience loved the jobs they are they have, and many agreed they do but when she continued by asking how many that will like to continue with the job for the next 30 years, the air did not see much hands again. This tells you that many are not quite happy with what they are doing. It is not all about the benefits but the motivation. Huge number of Africans, particularly, Nigerians have no idea what a motivation to work should be. Primarily, people see motivations as having a relationship with only the vacation time, salaries, retirements and other benefits; ignoring the should-be reason to work-satisfaction.
Most people in the world do not like what they are doing and when they do it. Using a global index huge percentage believed that hence they are not killed by what they do, they’ve no problems. Many don’t actually like what they do but only few do it for their joy. Watch this video and have changed perspective on jobs and mission.
