The business mogul and Africa’s riches man , president of Dangote Groups , has in early this year, sent about eight hundred Nigerian to India. This was done following the need in the country, and his intention to take up the matter of petroleum refineries in Nigeria. They were sent to acquire knowledge on petrochemical refinery. He is sending about 800 Nigerians to India to learn about refinery operation, in order to cut down on the rate and expenses involved with hiring foreign expertise.
A source in the company revealed to TheCable on march, that the business mogul and the richest black man , Alhaji A. Dangote , would be sending about 800 Nigerians to India(of which, I believe, is ongoing) , to learn the inside facts about the operation of certain machinery, and petrochemical refinery; adding that the first batch to get to the destination(India), will leave Nigeria for India on Sunday, March 20, 2016.
It was later made known that those 800 would travel to the Asian country, over the next 24 month(as at the time of filling the original post) in a batch of fifties, to learn from the developed nation, with the largest refinery in the globe.
Yes! that called us home to the point; India haboures the largest refinery in the world, Jamanagar Refinery Industries, in Jamanagar, which produces as much as about 1.3M barrel in just a day.
With this trend, Dangote is still looking up to creating more employments within the Nigerian economy, which is facing serious crisis; rather than investing on foreign exasperates to run the first private refinery in Nigeria
The Dangote’s refinery, and the first Nigeria’ private refinery, is projected to worth about $9 billion, and is being built to have a refining capacity of about 5000,000 to 650, 000 BPD.
